The spices that i use the most is oregano, thyme, cilantro, turmeric, curry, cayenne pepper-love it-, basil and a base 21 organic ingredients from Costco is deliciuos… Salt only sea salt or pink sea salt.

Chicken, celery, carrots, sweet potatoes, squash, cilantro, onion, garlic, potatoes, seasonings. I add lots of turmeric always to the soup. It gives a nice color and also has very good properties.

Shered carrots, white onions, purple cabbage, mozarrella cheese, black beans cooked, kale served with Freekeh grain and avocado
In March we had to move from a house to a Condo. We’ve been gardening in a urban way, having our balcony full of plants + working stuff (soil, containers, etc)
We also a lot in the Community Garden of North Miami Beach (73st and dickens) in the park.
